Buyer :

Always get a loan pre-approval before start looking at houses with your agent, then you can focus on looking at the right price range of houses.  You need the following items for a loan pre-approval, your lender may request more financial documents as needed for your loan application :

 

** last 2 years of tax return, W-2

** social security card

** photo ID

** current 2-3 months job pay stub

** current 2-3 months checking account statement

As of today, minimum required credit score is 620 for a home loan application.

Every market is local and different from each other, price RIGHT to sell is important in today's market.  What I do different from other agents in our market is I blog.  I use blogging as my marketing tool, which helps to market my listings on page 1 of Google search, and it directs buyers to see your house online.  I currently am experimenting another technology marketing tool with one of my listings - QR code.  Check this out  Try it!  If you have a smart phone, just download a free QR Reader App on your phone, then scan the QR code with your phone, and see what happens.  Isn't technology great?

Buyers start looking at houses online before they contact any agent.  Internet presence is very important, I have that covered, and so will your house if you are my client.

I also syndicate my listings to over 40 other real estate websites, to make sure they have all the Internet exposures, which includes but not limited to Trulia, Zillow, Frontdoor, Realtor.com, homefinder.com, yahoorealestate, hotpads.com, oodle, etc.
